● Application:it is used in automotive weather-stripping and seals, self-amalgamating tape, glass run channels, radiators, garden and appliance hoses, tubing, belts, roofing membranes, expansion joints, rubber mechanical goods, plastic impact modification, thermoplastic vulcanisates and motor oil additive applications.
ACM
● Characteristic:Polyacrylic elastomers, also called ACM rubbers, are synthetic rubbers composed of acrylic monomers.
● Application:Typical applications include automotive transmission components like seals and hoses that have to be resistant to hot oil, fuel and many other common automotive lubricants and hydraulic fluids. ACM elastomer have also found use in vibration damping due to its excellent resilience. Other applications include textiles, adhesives, and coatings.
NR
● Characteristic:NR has a very high tensile strength, elasticity, cold flexibility and excellent dynamic characteristics which in this combination can hardly be reached by synthetic elastomers and therefore make NR still today essential for some applications.
● Application:Vehicle tyres, transport bands, belts, technical items of all kinds, like seals, membranes, hoses, consumer goods like shoe soles, rubber boots, gloves, sponges, rubber bands, glues etc.
